T-FITNESS IS DRIVEN BY A PASSION TO SERVE THE MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY, HELPING THEM BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A SPACE WHERE WE CAN TRANSFORM YOUR MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS IN A TRULY WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.

Our Gym

We are a fitness and nutrition Centre located in downtown Toronto, but we’re really more of a WELLNESS LOUNGE. We bring together bootcamps, exercise classes and one-on-one personal training, with personalized nutrition packages and our world-renowned nutrition bar. We provide all these services under one roof, offering a holistic support system for clients to achieve results.

Above all we are a community space where people can feel comfortable being themselves. Whether starting from scratch or advancing already-developed skills, you’ll feel at home among like-minded individuals within an inclusive and positive space.

Fitness and nutrition are lifelong journeys. This is why we place so much emphasis on you having a space where you feel safe and welcome to develop, both physically and emotionally.
