T-Fitness & Wellness Centre is a unique space in the heart of Downtown Toronto. We aren’t just a fitness club; we strive to put the “Personal” back into Personal Training. Our team of Personal Trainers and Health Coaches are here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We’re excited to welcome you to our new vibrant space.
What is “fitness”. In a word, fitness is about BALANCE. There are multiple components to fitness: muscular capacity, cardio endurance, body composition, flexibility. Whether your goal is getting stronger, toning, losing fat, building muscle, getting a sweat on or just challening yourself, you will love this strength-based HIIT camp. One thing is for sure, the goal is to come out of the bootcamp a more balanced ATHLETE.

At T-Fitness & Wellness Centre we have dedicated health and fitness professionals ready to work with you 1 on 1, with your personal schedule in mind.
